You may be aware of the current issue that we are experiencing regarding your account top-ups sent via PayPal not transferring across to your IG account.
This is a wider issue and I understand from IG, is a result of a recent update of which Steve Hunt (Club Captain) and Les Ward (Men’s Captain) have logged tickets.
This is not as a result of any Club action or issue and may I ask that if you have topped up and any monies debited, please do not repeat the transaction. If you require immediate top-up this will need to be manually cross referenced by myself, as General Manager and account updated accordingly.
Once the pending transactions are credited / processed via PayPal to the relevant IG account any monies will need to be deducted in relation to the balance.
