The first named player in each draw is responsible for:

• contacting her opponent
• offering a minimum of 3 dates within the deadline for the round - ensure dates include weekend/weekday options to enable 5 and 7 day members to play.

if either player is unable to play on the agreed date, the player who cannot play forfeits the match unless BOTH players agree to rearrange a date within the deadline for the round.  Extensions to the deadline can only be made by the Lady Captain under exceptional circumstances.
