Booking Tee Times - A Guide

Below is a guide to booking tee times at Chesfield Downs Golf and Country Club.

When can I book?

All Chesfield, members can book up to 7 days in advance, this may vary at other Club Company sites.

 Members guests are permitted at any time when accompanied.

How can I book?

Online via the members area of the website. You can book online for yourself and your playing partners. Details of how to do this are listed below.

In person by going to the main reception
On the phone by calling the main reception on 01462 482929 although this may result in a automated hold at busy periods.

Booking Online

Log in to Intelligent Golf through www.chesfielddowns.intelligentgolf.co.uk
On the Home page click on Book a Tee Time under the 'My Tee Times' section.
Select the date you wish to play
You will now see the tee sheet for that day. Available tee times will have 'Select' against them
To book click on the 'Select' link.
Your name will now appear in slot 1. To add another Member select 'Another Member' then type in the first 3 letters of the surname of your playing partner. To add, select from the list of members that is returned from your search.
To enter a guest click on 'A Guest' then fill in their details. Filling in the details at this time will greatly speed up check-in at Reception. These details will also remain for you to use again in future bookings. Please refrain from booking a guest in with an 'anonymous' name.
To finalise your booking select the 'Click here if all your partners are booked' link.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking please make the club aware as others may wish to take your tee time. No shows are not welcome. You can cancel by phone, in person or online.

Playing at other Club Company courses

As a Chesfield Downs golf member, you have reciprocal playing rights at the other clubs within the group (excluding Castle Royle). Please check before booking
